Preston moved to Colorado in 1978 and grew up in the Pikes Peak region, attending Wasson and Mitchell High Schools. With over 40 years of customer service excellence and national sales awards to his name, he earned his real estate license in 2015 and founded PBS Realty on the principles of integrity, humility, and servant leadership. A certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Preston specializes in first-time homebuyers and military relocations — guiding every client from first showing to closing and beyond. In 2018 he founded 719Heroes and The COS Network, and has personally been part of giving over $5 million back to the local community.

Preston B. Smith is a true local, having moved to Colorado in 1978 and happily "growing up" right here in the Pikes Peak region. He attended Wasson and Mitchell High Schools in Colorado Springs, giving him a deep, personal understanding of the community he serves.
With over 40 years of direct customer service experience and a history of earning national sales and customer service awards, Preston brings profound dedication to his work. He obtained his real estate license in 2015 and has built his career on leading with integrity, humility, and a client-first approach. Today, Preston is embarking on a purposeful new path, guided by faith and higher intentions as the owner and Employing Broker of PBS Realty, LLC.
Preston's passion lies in serving others and giving back. In 2018, he established two major initiatives that reflect his commitment to servant leadership in the local area: 719Heroes — a giving campaign offering financial credits to all local military (current and former), law enforcement, firefighters, teachers, and healthcare professionals — and The COS Network, a local 501(c)(3) charitable organization formed to support numerous local charities. Together with past brokerage partners and agents under his leadership, Preston has personally been part of giving over $5.0 million back to the local community.
